Sophia L. White, CEO, author and motivational speaker is the founder of the “I Love You Conference” for women.  Her vision for this conference is to unite women across this nation.  The organization that has evolved from the concept is called the “E Team”.  The E Team stands for “Everything in Excellence”.

“The E Team” is a team of women who understand the concept of making the grade.  The thing is, that the grade to make is no longer “A” but “E”.  Excellence is a must.  We must “Excel” in “Everything” to be considered “Extraordinary”.  Our goal is to help women to reach their goals.  We want to “Establish” above average standards that supersede what used to be acceptable.  We recognize that in today’s society, we must follow the principles of success.

The I Love You Conference is where it begins.  This conference is to teach women that we have to love ourselves from the inside out.  In order to be effective in the lives of other, we have to get on the same page.  We have to pull our resources together to move to higher levels.  We will dispel the myth that women cannot work together.  We are out to set the record straight.  Working Together Works!!!
